Do I really need a trust, or is a will enough?
Honestly, it depends on your situation — but for most families, having both is the right move. A will tells everyone your wishes and names guardians for your kids. A trust helps your family skip the long, public, and expensive probate process and keeps things private. That’s why we bundle them: together they cover far more than either does alone. We’ll talk through what makes sense for you at the consultation.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Alongside paying in full, we offer financing through Affirm, so you can spread the cost over time if you’re approved. You’ll see your options when it’s time to retain our attorneys — Affirm sets the terms based on your application, and there’s no obligation to use it.
